Travel

The nearest airport is the Helsinki–Vantaa airport. You can get to the Aalto University campus by taxi or by train + metro/bus www.finavia.fi/en/airports/helsinki-airport/access/trains

The conference venue is easily accessible from the Helsinki city center by metro (12 minutes). The name of the metro station closest to the venue is Aalto-yliopisto (Aalto University). Accommodation

We have reserved rooms for May 19–22, 2020 from hotels in Espoo and Helsinki with convenient access to the conference venue. The rooms can be booked by email or online, the prices are valid until April 20, 2020. As Helsinki and Espoo hotels are in high demand in May, we strongly recommend early reservation. All rooms are comfortable standard category and the rates include breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, guest sauna, and VAT. The hotels reserve the right to change rates.

For economy accommodation, your best option is Forenom Hostel Espoo Otaniemi www.forenom.com/hostels/espoo/forenom-hostel-espoo-otaniemi/161/    Kivimiehentie 2, with a 10-min walk to the conference venue. Price example: a private twin room with a shared bathroom from €62–75/night/person (breakfast costs an additional €9/person).

In addition, Omena Hotels www.omenahotels.com/en/ has two hotels in the Helsinki city center. The price of a single room is approximately €75–100/night.
